With a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Health Promotion and Physical Activity, Vickey Nolan has been a dedicated professional in the health and fitness industry since 2004. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to achieve their best selves—both mentally and physically.
Vickey is extensively qualified in a wide range of disciplines, including Yoga, Les Mills Body Pump, RPM, Body Balance, Body Attack, Personal Training, and Soma Breathwork. She also specialises in menopause, as well as pre and postnatal fitness, ensuring that her clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs and life stages.
As the owner of Intension, Vickey's mission is to help people tap into the best versions of themselves. What sets her apart is her comprehensive, holistic approach to wellness with a personal touch. Vickey combines her diverse expertise across multiple disciplines with a deep commitment to individualised care, ensuring that each client feels supported, motivated, and empowered. Whether through personalised fitness plans, group classes, or holistic wellness practices. She believes in integrating mental, emotional, and physical well-being, guiding her clients on a journey to lasting health, happiness, self-discovery and achieve long-lasting, transformative results.
Emily; Certified Personal Trainer
Emily is a dedicated and experienced personal trainer with four years in the fitness industry. Specialising in powerlifting, HYROX, and overall strength training, she is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. Emily has a strong focus on educating clients about the best ways to fuel their bodies, understand nutrition, and reap the benefits of movement.
Emily finds great joy in witnessing the transformations that occur as individuals progress through their fitness and health journeys. She is currently furthering her expertise by studying a post and pre-natal course, aiming to support women in maintaining their fitness levels during and after pregnancy, helping them feel confident and strong in their bodies.
Above all, Emily is passionate about building relationships with her clients and is committed to helping each person become the best version of themselves.
